We believe in technological and digital innovation as powerful transformative forces that can help us make a positive impact on the lives of people and the planet.

To achieve these goals, we are ready to face a long and difficult path, buoyed by our desire to be increasingly entrepreneurial, innovative and inclusive.

How will we achieve this?

  • by offsetting 100% of TeamSystem’s products;  
  • improving energy efficiency and the use of resources;
  • promoting renewable energy sources;
  • offsetting a part of carbon emissions through our partnership with the agricultural department.

How will we achieve this?

  • by continuing to invest in the flexibility and wellbeing of our people through smart working, “Light Fridays” and other initiatives dedicated to wellbeing;
  • constantly promoting training programs for personal and professional growth;
  • paying particular attention to inclusion, gender equality and sustainability;
  • contributing, through social responsibility initiatives, to creating an awareness and culture of the value of diversity and inclusion in all territories where we are present.

  • evaluating 100% of the companies acquired also through ESG criteria;
  • creating strategic alliances with stakeholders to generate a positive impact;
  • investing 30% of total acquisitions each year in companies that have a measurable impact;
  • making 100% of new products and 30% of existing products accessible to people also with disabilities.
